Remember, the 2009 Chicagoland Elite Goalkeeping Academy (CEGA) is only four days: June 29, June 30, July 1, and July 2. The raindate is on Monday, July 6. Camp goes from 1:15PM - 4:15PM. Sign-up is under Niles West Boys and Girls Elite Goalkeeping.

Goalkeeper Camp
Information
Chicagoland Elite
Goalkeeping Academy will run from June 29, 30, July 1, and 2. The camp starts promptly at
1:15PM to 4:15PM.
If a rain out occurs, Monday, July 6 will be used as rain days to assure the maximum amount of
instruction possible for keepers. Each goalkeeper will receive a sackpack
bag.
NEW! This camp the chance to purchase goalkeeping gloves at a discounted
price. Goalkeeping gloves materials made of German latex.
The camp is individually centered around creating a positive learning experience and environment in which to advance their goalkeeping skills. Whether tactically, psychologically, technically, or physical conditioning, each keeper creates for themselves a structure in which to excel. Critical development comes from building upon successes that goalkeepers have achieved, while recognizing and tackling obstacles they have confronted, and providing solutions in that your son/daughter will strive positively, competitively, and most of all, enjoy the goalkeeping position.
Each goalkeepers it required to bring a ball(s), water bottle, shorts, shirts, soccer cleats, and shinguards daily. Water will be provided for goalkeepers during the camp for hydration.
Intermediate Goalkeeping Session
For freshman and sophomore goalkeepers, wanting to learn basic fundamentals of the goalkeeping position. Repetition and reinforcement of daily topic sessions will be at a premium.
Advanced Goalkeeping Session
High intensity sessions primarily for JV/varsity goalkeepers or underclass keepers at the varsity level, already. Goalkeepers will be taught specialized situations and quality tactical information to be used within a high level match.
